As a Casting Consultant,
Cessalee works with casting directors, directors, producers, and production companies to streamline and elevate the safety, diversity and success of the auditions and casting process. Cessalee supports the casting team by offering communication before the audition process for both the creative team and auditioners, she offers representation in the audition rooms, and is a key advocate for artists, acing as a single support officer sitting outside the casting power dynamics. Further, she specialises in auditions and casting that are looking to increase representation of historically excluded individuals, offering cultural guidance and advice through auditions.
